Ritchie Smith Associates (RSA) provided site planning and landscape design services for the new 42-acre corporate headquarters of Computer Services, Inc., a high-tech, bank data processing company. Plans for the campus included amenities such as a park and a pathway network that allow opportunities for staff breaks and exercise. Features of the three-acre park are a lake with floating fountains, a pier, and a pavilion. RSA also designed the overall campus planting, campus entrance, parking, and circulation, and made recommendations for signage. The site of the headquarters building was enhanced with extensive planting, two entrance plazas, and a garden courtyard. An adjacent wooded hill was preserved as a natural area and visual asset.
